Join us for the edition of the Nations League, where teams from four countries will compete in a week full of padel, team spirit, and international vibes.

Top Hotel-apartment accommodation in Adeje, just steps from the beach and right next to the padel courts.

Padel Player Level
Beginner (1.0 - 2.0)
- Just starting padel with little or no racket experience.
- Can make basic contact with the ball but struggles with consistency.
Recreational (2.5 - 3.0)
- Can rally at a slow to medium pace with basic court positioning.
- Some understanding of using the back glass but not consistent.
Intermediate (3.5 - 4.0)
- Consistent with volleys, groundstrokes, and single back glass.
- Can control ball speed and direction but lacks precision with advanced shots.
Advanced (4.5+)
- Comfortable with double glass defense, fast rallies, and advanced shots like the bandeja and vibora.
- Can implement strategies and maintain strong court positioning.
