1. What is Included?

3. What is the required deposit amount?
To secure your booking, a deposit of €100 per person is required. Your enrollment is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
4. Is the deposit refundable if I cancel my booking?
The deposit is non-refundable and serves as an administrative fee in the event of cancellation. However, if the cancellation is due to insufficient registrations on our part, the deposit will be refunded in full.
5. When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before your departure date.
6. What happens if I cancel after paying the full balance?
If you cancel after the balance has been paid and after the departure date, you will receive a voucher worth 50% of the balance. This voucher can be used for one of our future padel courses.
7. Are participants responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the course?
Yes, while we prioritize the safety and security of all participants during our padel courses, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, nor for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur during the course. Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against such risks.
