1. WHAT IS THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT AMOUNT?  

To secure your booking, a **deposit of €100 per person** is required. Your enrollment is confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

2. WHEN IS THE REMAINING BALANCE DUE?  

The remaining balance must be paid **no later than 15 days before your departure date**.

3. Cancellations & Refunds  

– Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date will result in the loss of the deposit.  

– Cancellations made within 30 days of the start date are non‑refundable.  

– In the event of cancellation by Tenerife Padel Academy, a full refund will be provided.

4. Program Changes  

– We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to schedules, venues, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances.  

– Significant changes will be communicated promptly, and alternatives will be offered when possible.

5. Weather & Force Majeure  

– In cases of adverse weather or other force majeure events, we will attempt to reschedule sessions.  

– If rescheduling is not feasible, affected sessions may be canceled without refund.

6. Health & Insurance  

– Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in padel activities.  

– It is strongly recommended that participants have appropriate travel and health insurance.

7. Conduct  

– Respectful behavior is expected at all times.  

– We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without refund.

8. Media Consent  

– By participating, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the program for promotional purposes.  

– If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform us in writing prior to the start of the program.

9. Data Protection  

– Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for administrative purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
